for exercise professionals
Do you sometimes have clients whose bodies don't respond to conventional training: lower back pain keeps coming back, they complain of leaking at impact, pelvic heaviness, a core that feels weaker after abdominal exercises?
Generic training rarely covers these clients. I'm developing CPD to help you work with them more safely and confidently.

When to refer to a GP before you start, why a scan finding isn't an explanation, the words that build fear of movement, and how to tell when a client is ready to progress.
what a trainer told me“When the body does not respond to exercise as it used to.”
CPD in development
I'm developing CPD courses and workshops, shaped by a survey of fellow exercise professionals.
Hormones, muscle and bones – training active women through menopausal transition
Training people with recurring back pain – the rePower way
Pelvic health – looking beyond the pelvis – training people with pelvic pain, incontinence and prolapse
Courses are online, so you can take them from anywhere: short videos you can work through at your own pace, plus live sessions for questions and practical work. If you're near London, you can also join in-person workshops at my studio in E10, East London.
If you'd like to know when they open, join the mailing list. The survey takes about 3 minutes and helps me decide what to build first.
